DSCR Loans Alabama is a trade name used by Loan Daddy LLC to serve real estate investors in Alabama. It is not a separate company and it is not a lender. All mortgage brokerage activity under this brand is conducted by Loan Daddy LLC, which arranges financing from wholesale lenders.

What we do, precisely

We are a mortgage broker. We arrange and shop financing from wholesale lenders. We do not lend our own money, we do not make the credit decision and we do not service loans. When a loan closes, the lender or investor that funds it is identified in the closing documents.

Nothing on this site is a loan offer, a rate quote, a preapproval, or a commitment to lend. Any figures shown are illustrations you supply or arithmetic performed on them.
